Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day. Off-season (November 1 - April 30) recycling is on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the month only.

Community Rules
  • Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach. Items left are subject to removal.
  • Flammable smoking materials and E-cigarettes are NOT ALLOWED on balcony decks, walkways, or the pool deck.
  • Trailers, RV's, etc. may park in unnumbered visitor spaces west of the buildings
  • Golf carts must be parked in valid parking spaces (i.e. either in the specific unit's numbered parking space or in a parking space in the overflow lots west of the buildings). Charging of golf carts using extension cords and any Colony By The Sea or unit's electrical outlit is prohibited, the renter of the golf cart must arrange offsite charging.
