There are built-in bunk beds and an additional bath in the hallway as well as a sleeper sofa in the great room for additional sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen with counter seating for enjoying meals without leaving the condo. The oceanfront deck with seating is perfect for watching the sun rise or enjoying afternoon ocean breezes. Colony By The Sea is packed with amenities, such as an oceanfront community pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facilities, central area for outdoor grilling and basketball courts.

"This unit was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, great view (especially being an end unit). Not sure why Colony by the Sea makes people who have to climb the most stairs park the farthest away, but that's not not the homeowner's fault (and was only annoying when moving in/out). The only other quibble was the fickleness of the wifi, but again, appears to be an issue with Colony by the Sea. Otherwise, it is a fantastic unit with great access to beach and town. I would highly recommend this unit for a couples getaway."
