The top level of the home is open and airy, with a family-friendly layout. Relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area. Just across the room, there is a small sitting area that is perfect for curling up with a good book or simply gazing out the window at the sparkling ocean nearby. Outside on the deck, soak in the sunshine while enjoying the salty breeze and ocean view. The kitchen is spacious, with a unique layout that is perfect for accommodating large groups. There are two large refrigerators, two ovens, and plenty of counter space, including barstool seating at the counter. Getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze using the elevator. Big family meals can be enjoyed together at the large table in the dining area nearby. Cleanup after big meals is not a daunting task, as there are two dishwashers and the windows over the kitchen sink showcase a great view of the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the top level of the home, which includes a private bathroom. The large master bathroom includes a spacious shower and a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom completes the third level of the home.
On the middle floor of the home, you’ll find five additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms have direct access to the deck. There is a comfortably furnished den with a TV that serves as an additional place to relax. There is access to the deck from the den as well.
The final master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. For those in your family who love to play, the rec room is equipped for maximum fun. Alternate between the pool table and foosball, or play a hand of cards at the table nearby. Snacks and cold drinks can be readily available in the kitchenette, which includes a full size refrigerator.
Outside, fun in the sun is on the agenda. Enjoy a dip in the refreshing saltwater pool or simply lounge around the poolside. After dark, soak your cares away in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, the community beach access is just a short walk from the home. Community tennis courts are available for use in the gated Spindrift community. For those in your group who drive electric vehicles, the home is equipped with an EV charger.
