A wet bar is provided in the living area for easy access to beverages. For the cooler months of the year, a gas fireplace is available to keep the room cozy. Across the room, the kitchen is fully equipped, with all of the cookware needed to whip up anything from casual breakfasts to full-family seafood dinners. The home’s elevator provides much-needed assistance when transporting groceries to the upper level as well as unloading luggage.
