Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable OBX vacation in “Beach Haven!” This semi-oceanfront homes is steps away from the beach and offers plenty of space to spread out. Decorated from top to bottom in cheery coastal decor, this coastal cottage is sure to be your family’s favorite home away from home.
The top level of the home is bright and airy, featuring a great room that includes a living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has comfortable seating, perfect for gathering and enjoying a movie together in the evening. Enjoy ocean views and sunshine from the top level.A slightly elevated seating nook on the oceanside of the room is a perfect spot for morning coffee or happy hour. The dining area features a large table, perfect for family-style meals. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. There are several sliding doors in the great room to access to the wrap-around decks. Enjoy a sunrise or coffee on the ocean side decks. There are two master bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a whirlpool bathtub. A half bathroom is located between the top and middle levels for convenience.
The middle level of the home is comprised of bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom. There is one additional bedroom and a full bathroom. Step outside from several doors on the middle level to relax on the covered wrap around deck before heading out to the beach. The den on the lower level serves as an additional common area. The laundry room can also be found on the ground level. From the den, step outside into the extra-large backyard, with a volleyball setup and horseshoes for family fun. Make a splash in the pool, or have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Several seating areas can be found throughout the landscaped yard. Located in the Bias Shores community, guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a soundside pier. Bias Shores is convenient to all of the shopping, dining, and activities that Duck Village has to offer. Get set for a wonderful OBX vacation at “Beach Haven!”
