Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable OBX vacation in “Beach Haven!” This semi-oceanfront beach house offers fantastic views of the ocean and plenty of space to spread out. Decorated from top to bottom in cheery coastal decor, this coastal cottage is sure to be your family’s favorite home away from home.
The top level of the home is bright and airy, featuring a great room that includes a living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has comfortable seating, perfect for gathering and enjoying a movie together in the evening. A slightly elevated seating area on the ocean side of the room allows the sunshine and ocean views in. The dining area features a large table, perfect for family-style meals. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. There are several sliding doors in the great room to access to the wrap-around decks. Enjoy coffee on the deck with an early morning ocean breeze. There are two master bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a whirlpool bathtub. A half bathroom is located between the top and middle levels for convenience.
The middle level of the home is comprised of bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom. There is one additional bedroom and a full bathroom. Step outside from several doors on the middle level to relax on the covered deck before heading out to the beach for the day. The den on the lower level serves as an additional common area. The laundry room can also be found on the ground level. From the den, step outside into the extra-large backyard, which was designed for family fun. Make a splash in the pool, or have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Play a game of horseshoes or challenge the family to a volleyball match. Several seating areas can be found throughout the landscaped yard. Located in the Bias Shores community, guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a soundside pier. Bias Shores is convenient to all of the shopping, dining, and activities that Duck Village has to offer. Get set for a wonderful OBX vacation at “Beach Haven!”

"The homes location and size is perfect. From driveway to the walkway to the beach is all of maybe 15 steps. The lot is quiet and no traffic coming through. Dont even want to say anything negative because we loved the house. The pool is a perfect size for a family and the hot tub is a big bonus. Also some toppers or new mattresses for king beds would be appreciated, we bring a topper from our home. Hate to say anything negative because the pool and beach and house layout is fabulous!!"
"This was our first family vacation. The location was perfect for us with 6 adults and 7 children, ages 8 and under. The walk out the front door to the public access made getting to the beach with all our gear very easy. The pool was a great getaway for the kids in the late afternoon after they were "beached out" for the day. Our family loved sitting in the area over looking the ocean in the morning with a cup of coffee and sitting on the top balcony at night listening to the waves crash."
