Enjoy the best of both worlds - the beach and charming Town of Duck! A short stroll has you at the beach for a day of fun in the sun, or a few steps down the private walkway has you in town for shopping, dining or a variety of watersports. At day's end, your party will anxiously gather to experience the "signature" sunsets as the blazing sunsets over the Currituck Sound, releasing its glorious colors. This unique property has something for everyone!

"This is an amazing home in a great location—it’s so convenient to the boardwalk and all the shops in Duck, and at the same time is just a short walk to the beach. When these conveniences are combined with the stunning view of the sound at sunset, the home just can’t be beat as an all-around fantastic place for a great vacation. The home is so spacious—everyone has space available to have alone time if needed, and then reconvene in the open kitchen and dining room for a great meal. The bedrooms are generously sized and so comfortable. There is not a bad room in the entire house. A true gem in the Outer Banks!"

The elevator is a plus, the view of the sound is exceptional, all of the amenities in the kitchen such as two dishwashers, drip coffeemaker, Kuerig coffeemaker, 2 toasters, separate icemaker and wine fridge. The beautiful master bath, and master bedroom with a lovely walk-in closet. Plenty of room for our entire family. This house has it all!"
"This home is perfection from the location to the features. We have been coming for 23 years and never stayed in the same house twice. Now, we hit the submit button (before we left) and will be back to the same house for the THIRD year in a row. The only thing I would like to change is that the house belongs to me so I could live there permanently!!!"

"This is an absolutely first-class home in a fantastic location! If desired, a family could never leave the house and have a great time—the downstairs game room provides plenty of options on rainy days, the kitchen is very well-equipped to prepare any meal without having to go out to eat, the hot tub is so relaxing, and the views of the sun setting over the sound are just priceless. And yet it’s in such a great location to take advantage of all that Duck has to offer—easy access to the boardwalk along the sound as well as multiple restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The bedrooms are big and very comfortable. This home is a top-notch gem in the Outer Banks, and we cannot wait to return!"

"This is an incredible home in an outstanding location! The layout of the home is superb, both in providing adequate space for everyone to gather together for meals, games, etc., but also in having great options for quiet downtime by yourself. The view of the sound is incredible--really stunning, and yet, because of the where the house is located in the neighborhood and how elevated it is, you still feel like you're far away from the main road, even though you can walk down a private staircase from the house to the road. The walk to the beach is easy as well. Every appliance was in good working order, and the kitchen is very well stocked to make great meals at the house--we didn't go out to eat once during our entire stay. This is simply one of the nicest homes we've ever rented in 20 years of OBX trips; can't wait to return!"
