"The house is in a perfect location on the beach. It is far enough away from the public access to have your own space to spread out with your own people. The bedrooms were nice sizes and mattresses were great. The kitchen was wonderful, had every accessory we needed, minus an oven mitt. We loved the huge dining room table and chairs so we all could sit together. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and the fridge that was right beside it. The basketball hoop made the boys very happy. The ease of getting to the beach was the best we have had since we began coming to OBX, even the oldest people had no issues with it. Having the set up service for both the beach set up and take down was awesome, as was the garbage service and linen service."

"Great value! You can't get much closer to the beach than this! This is a great rental for young or handicapped children. The house has an elevator and the boardwalk to the beach is very short. The house is weathered and dated but it works."
