For the 2026 season, this home will allow 2 dogs, for no additional fee or deposit, no cats allowed. A third dog will be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact us 866-457-1190 prior to arrival if you are traveling with an additional dog in 2026. The optional heated pool fee will change to $500 plus tax per week (date restrictions apply). "First Serve and Twiddy worked out great for our family. It was easy to make our reservation and payments. Twiddy responded to a couple of questions quickly. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and open floor plan on the upper level. All of the bedrooms lived up to the photos and were quite comfortable. And our younger family loved the movie room. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub and poolside cabana. The large TVs were great. My only suggestion would be to add info about the TVs using streaming services so guests could bring their login information."

"First Serve offers comfort in a spacious and family friendly environment. Well equipped, close access to the beach, clean pool; this house has it all. It felt like home to the adult kids, grandkids and us as grandparents; 18 in all. It was seamless working with Twiddy. I had one question that they answered back within minutes. Very responsive! Overall experience was great!"

"Having a house with all masters for a large group was perfect. No waiting for a space to become available. Kitchen was amazing! No fear of too many cooks in the kitchen with this expansive space. The middle level media room was a perfect escape for the children when they needed a break from the fun in the sun or needed to wind down before bed.
