Surrounded by live oak trees, this home allows the opportunity to observe coastal wildlife, including many species of birds, deer, and more. Featuring abundant outdoor relaxation spaces, this breezy vacation home is ready to host your group’s OBX vacation.
The main living floor of the home can be found on the middle level. The great room features an open layout, perfect for keeping the conversation flowing, whether you’re relaxing on the sofa or preparing dinner. Catch up with loved ones in the cozy living area. There is an additional sitting area with deck access off of the dining room, which is a great place to get absorbed in a good book. The kitchen is equipped with all needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The kitchen includes an island with bar seating, perfect for a quick breakfast or a space for little ones to observe meals being prepared. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area or outside on the screened porch. One bedroom and one full bathroom can also be found on the middle floor of the home.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. There is one master bedroom, which includes a full bathroom and deck access. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are also available on the third level.
The ground floor of the home will surely be where many evenings will be spent. Lounge around on the comfortable sofa and watch TV, or play at the pool table, which converts to a ping pong table when you’re ready to switch games. Outside, there are multiple areas that invite you to slow down and relax. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub on the ground level. Several rocking chairs are provided on both the mid-level covered deck and the ground level patio. A hammock is available on the ground floor near the hot tub. The sun deck on the top floor is an ideal place to hang out in the afternoon with a cold beverage. Walk or bike into Duck Village for coffee and donuts in the morning or dinner and live music in the evening, as this home is located in the heart of Duck.
