With eight generously proportioned bedrooms, nine bathrooms, expansive common spaces on each floor, large ground floor billiard/TV/bar area, second floor theater room and third floor TV lounge area, and many amenities, this pet friendly home provides that extra freedom to spread out and is the perfect place for larger groups and all ages to comfortably gather. Enjoy the wonderful ocean views from the great room on the top floor. Relax with loved ones in the roomy living areas. Head outside onto the ocean-facing deck with your morning coffee to watch a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, range, plenty of granite counter space, two dishwashers, and a separate wet bar area facing the countertop seating. An elevator is available for easy unloading of groceries and luggage. Meals can be enjoyed together in the large dining area, as well as at the countertop seating. A screened porch with picnic table is also adjacent to the kitchen as a great place for the kids to eat or as a covered outdoor place to relax. There is a primary bedroom on the top level, which includes deck access, a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in closet. A half bathroom completes the third level.
Four additional master bedrooms are on the middle level, each with a private bathroom. There is a large TV room with wet bar and icemaker on the middle level that has deck access for those sunset cocktails. The three remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two of those bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom. The third ground floor bedroom has a semi-private bathroom. The ground floor rec room with wet bar and granite countertops is equipped for many evenings of family fun. Play pool on the billiard table, or enjoy the chessboard & card game table. Stock the nearby kitchenette refrigerators (2) so cold drinks and snacks are available for breaks all day. The laundry room can also be found on the ground floor.
Outside, cool off in the refreshing private pool or spend long days in the sunshine poolside. The large poolside cabana with wet bar and grill offers the opportunity to take a break from the sun while still hanging out in the pool area. After the sun sets for the evening, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub, which is located in the pool area. Enjoy the large screen outdoor TV from the hot tub or cabana. The pet friendly fenced in side yard is an ideal location to let the dog run around. The best attractions, shopping, and dining in Corolla are located a bike ride or short drive away from this ideally located home. Your family and friends will have memorable stay at “First Serve” in Corolla!
