"Current Situation is a Lovely Spacious Home with many upgrades. Our family enjoyed the ease of going to the beach at any time of day. The joy in your own back yard, a built in pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower and a dining area near the outside grill, all these conveniences make your stay so much nicer. The kitchen was wonderful for preparing meals with the upgraded kitchen appliances and having all the necessaries right at our fingertips. We were grateful for the spacious 3rd floor Kitchen, Dining Area, and Family Room where we spend most of our time, when we were indoors. Let's not forget about the Theater Room and the fact that each Bedroom had its own Bathroom. We have already pre-booked for next year. We would highly recommend Current Situation to any large family or group of friends that would appreciate having space to be alone to read a good book, or being together to create wonderful memories. Remember Unit # J11029 is where you want to stay for your next get away!"

Thank you for your feedback. We've been updating the house as much as possible in the last two off-seasons, since buying the house in 2021. We are planning a major renovation to the rear decks, the dune cross-over and pool area this off-season. A new kitchen and updated bathrooms are on the list as well. Stay tuned!

Thank you! We are trying to restore this gem of a house. Getting it done one phase at a time. Hoping to renovate the decks, pool area and dune cross-over before next spring. Also renovating the master bathrooms and kitchen.
