"The home was spacious and had a lot of great architectural detail. The elevator was very nice for large loads of luggage traveling from bottom floor to top. The kitchen fridge was very nice and big. The location (just a few houses from the beach) was exceptional. We had plenty of beds and loved the fact that there was a theatre room as well as 2 additional living areas, aside from the one on the top floor, allowing kids a place to hang out."

"This house is very well maintained and had many new furnishings and a new sound system. These owners definitely pay attention to their property. the layout was comfortable for a large group of 11 women, plenty of bedroom space, sitting space and a great pool and hot tub area. The elevator is a BIG plus when transporting items to the third floor or for a member who has difficulty navigating the stairs. close proximity to the beach, shopping and site seeing. A great home overall!"

"the layout of the top floor with kitchen, dining tables and living room gave us the space to spread out. As well as the media level with pool table. We loved the pool and pool area. However, there seemed to be an overabundance of flies near the pool that we have never run into before. We had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of within a few hours of calling. The repair man handled all the odd jobs, was very professional and efficient."

"The house was the best we’ve ever stayed (40 years and counting). Spacious, really tasteful artwork throughout, very nice furnishings, lots of get away spots. Front and back decks, pool area, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Kitchen well stocked, very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, 2 chairs in living room need attention, but truly my only negative comment. Spent a full month there. It gets no better than this!"

"Things we loved about this home was the proximity to the beach access-only a few steps away! The elevator- great feature for elderly guests and helping to bring groceries to the third floor! The pool and hot tub were also a favorite, we were happy to find a sufficient amount of lounge chairs for the amount of guests. We all enjoyed the theatre room- great for catching up on movies that we missed when first released! Lastly, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed."

"Chateau de Soleil is beautiful, but is beginning to show its age. Some of the furniture is looking a bit worn. There should be more than two thin pillows on a king size bed. Of note, the home was not as clean as we have come to expect from Twiddy homes (which we have rented for the last 25 years). I understand that there is a tight labor market right now, but when one spends over $15,000 for a high-end home, one expects that it will be thoroughly clean."
"Such a great house. The ice machines were a great surprise. 11 bedrooms are great and the location was as good as it gets without actually being a water front property. The beach access and parking access was perfect for our large group."
