Spectacular panoramic oceanfront views are yours to behold from the third level, where an open floor plan allows for sweeping water landscapes from the great room, dining area and screened porch. Large east and west facing decks overlook the Atlantic and the Audubon Nature Preserve, and a sunset lounge is also available to watch the sun descend over the Currituck Sound. Also on this floor are three master bedrooms, and an elevator which conveniently services all three levels of the home.
Six master bedrooms may be found on the second level, and an ocean facing lounge provides the perfect space to relax, or privately catch up with loved ones after grabbing refreshments from the coffee bar. Large decks flank this floor to the east and west, and offer an additional space to enjoy the coastal background.
The first level of this home offers three master bedrooms, as well as theatre and arcade rooms to provide a plethora of entertainment choices. A rec room with a pool table and large bar area leads to an incredible outdoor living space with an enclosed outdoor kitchen and half bath, al fresco dining area, and a screened conversation lounge.
And while the ocean is only steps away and easily accessed via your own private walkway, the pool is an oasis unto itself. Enjoy a shallow lounging area and cascading infinity edged spa, or swim over to the bar with pool seating.
The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, bedspreads that are laundered weekly!, daily beach chair and umbrella set-up, and more. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.

"Some of our favorite features of this home included the big, functional, wonderfully stocked kitchen, the screened in porch and the fire pit. We also LOVED the added height of the 1st floor door levers out the back to the pool- having young children constantly hanging around the theater and arcade at all times of the day made unsupervised access to the pool something that would have otherwise been very easy to do. I felt very confident my children and nieces/nephews couldn’t access the pool without an adult with those doors. And something that we didn’t realize was as important as it ended up being was the plentiful amount of parking! We weren’t shuffling around cars for people to come and go as needed. It was a luxury we didn’t realize we wanted until we had it."
"Beautiful and spacious home with lots of amenities. The theater room was well used for watching football games, golf and movies! Enjoyed the smaller seating areas as well and the coffee bar on the 2nd floor."
"We had a great experience with Twiddy. The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect house for our group of families with little kids. The pool was a great place to spend the day and super easy to pop on and off the beach. We had a couple of small issues that we needed to get addressed and Twiddy responded very quickly."
