You may never step back inside once you gaze upon the great blue ocean while overlooking the spacious pool deck equipped with large pool, hot tub, sun deck and outdoor wet bar. And don't forget about the beach! Just outside the pool deck, the ocean awaits. When you return from the waves and sand, rinse in the outdoor showers before heading inside or relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Like to shoot hoops? Get that game of “HORSE” or 2 on 2 going right in the home’s driveway. And...make sure you remember to take in that gorgeous OBX sunrise, perfect for selfies and photo ops!
There is also plenty to do inside when the weather doesn't want to cooperate or when you just need a break from the sun.
On the upper level, put your feet up, have a beverage of your choice, and read a book while watching the ocean at the ship's watch. Enjoy a movie, play a game or just get away at the loft that overlooks the entire great room or in the ground floor den. The open floor plan in the great room includes a roomy, newly renovated kitchen with wine fridge and indoor grill, a spacious dining area with seating for 10, a living area with fireplace and a breakfast bar.
The middle level includes two pairs of bedrooms, each with a shared bath, which is perfect for large families or friends. Each pair consists of one king bedroom and either a double bunk bedroom or a bedroom with two twins and a loft bed.
On the ground floor, a huge king bedroom with semi-private bathroom and another queen bedroom provides a space for grandparents, in-laws, family or friends with walk-out access to the driveway. What's more, is that five of the bedrooms have in-room sliding terrace doors with access to a deck overlooking the pool!
