Upon entering the great room on the third floor of the home, you are greeted by the gorgeous ocean view, on full display through the many windows. Relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply catch up with one another. During the cooler months of the year, there is a gas fireplace available for use. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. Getting groceries from the ground level up to the third floor is a breeze using the elevator. There is a wine cooler in the kitchen to keep libations cold while not taking up space in the main refrigerator. The nearby dining area is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter is available if additional seating is needed. Outside on the deck, relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with your morning coffee and a sunrise over the ocean, or maybe an afternoon cocktail while you watch the pelicans fly by. The screened porch on the top level is a great place to enjoy lunch outdoors or an afternoon snack. There is one master bedroom on the top level of the home, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck, as well as a beautiful view of the ocean. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level.
Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle level, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor. The final two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home. The rec room on the ground floor will surely be the fun place to hang out in the evenings. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition or choose to play ping pong instead. If playing a hand of cards or lounging around and watching TV is more your speed, the rec room offers those options as well. Whatever you choose, cold drinks can be readily available in the beverage refrigerator nearby.
Outside, get ready for some fun in the sun. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge in the sunshine on the spacious pool deck. Have lunch outside by the pool, as the grill and a table and chairs are also available in the pool area. After dark, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky. The community beach walkway is conveniently located right next to the home. The best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Corolla is within walking, biking, or short driving distance. “Aria” on the oceanfront is the perfect place for your family to relax and unwind on the Outer Banks!
