Get ready to ride the OBX vacation wave at “White Kapz!” This oceanside home in Ocean Sands F is located a short walk from the beach and is centrally located close to all that Corolla has to offer. Featuring coastal decor inside and out, “White Kapz” is fully equipped for a fun family beach vacation.
The great room on the top floor of the home is light and spacious, with plenty of room for the entire family. Relax in the living area and watch TV or simply catch up with loved ones. The kitchen is equipped for large groups, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Between the countertop seating and the large dining table, the entire family can enjoy meals together. The screened porch has additional seating for those who would like to enjoy meals outside. There is ample deck seating, perfect for heading outside to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Head up to the rooftop deck to enjoy salty breezes and ocean views. The top level includes a half bath off the kitchen, one king master suite with deck access and an adjoining room with a trundle bed.
The middle level of the home consists of bedrooms and common space. There are three king master suites, one queen suite and one room with twin beds and a private bathroom. The common space on the second floor is perfect for sneaking away to relax during breaks in play.
The ground floor includes one king master suite, one king bedroom and one bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds that share a full bathroom. The rec room on the ground floor is sure to be the evening hotspot. Play shuffleboard or test your skills at the pool table. There is also an arcade game, as well as a small table that is perfect for playing cards or working on a puzzle. A kitchenette is nearby so you don’t have to venture far to grab a snack or cold beverage. The kitchenette includes countertop seating, a commercial size cooler, microwave, sink, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Take movie night to the next level in the theater room, which features comfortable reclining chairs. The fun and games continue when you step outside. Play all afternoon in the private pool, or bask in the sunshine in one of the loungers by the pool. The smallest members of the family will love splashing around in the kiddie pool. When you need a break from the sun, head to the nearby tiki bar. Your entire family will have an unforgettable time at “White Kapz” in Corolla!
