Welcome to “Half Shell”! Where life is a beach and every vacation moment is a pearl! Nestled in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla, this six-bedroom home offers unparalleled views of the pristine shorelines! Perfectly designed for a serene escape, this coastal home is fully equipped for the family vacation.
Step onto the top floor and you’ll be greeted by the great room with large framing windows. Here, you’ll never miss out on a view! Relax in the living area and watch TV or simply catch up with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for the entire family. Luggage and grocery arrival are a breeze with the all-level elevator! Enjoy family gatherings or card games in the spacious dining area or the screened porch! Head to the sundeck to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the salty air! There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a convenient half-bathroom.
The middle floor hosts three master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. There is also a den space to enjoy conversation or curl up with a beach read. Step outside and you’ll enjoy endless deck access!
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, as well as a semi-private bath. Adjacent, you’ll find a den space. A treat is never far away with an additional refrigerator! There is also a convenient laundry area. More fun awaits you outside! Play all afternoon in the private pool oasis or soak in the hot tub. When you’re ready to splash in the ocean and treasure hunt for shells, take the beach access!
