"I always look at the kitchen first, size, updated appliances, open to the livingroom, well stocked kitchen wares, pots/pans, etc, this one fit the bill. All rooms/bathrooms were great size, bed was comfortable. Next the deck and view is important, theirs was great, would be better with a gate to keep the dog up on the upper deck. Love to grill so having the gas grill was appreciated, would be even better if it was located on top deck (last place we stayed at was and it's so much more convenient) as we're pretty tired at the end of the day, climbing 3 flights of stairs to grill is grueling! The view would be so much better if OBX forbid the growing of those ugly scrub pines blocking views of the ocean. Only low growing greenery should be allowed :) Lastly the walk to the beach was really close, loved that!"

"Loved our stay at our rental home & soaking our feet in the sand. Each room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve come across in a rental-much appreciated as a cook/baker. The hot-tub was fantastic.
