"The proximity to the beach was amazing and the pool and hot tub were great. While the interior of the home is a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and we made meals daily for 16 people - adding a large cookie sheet or two would be a great addition. We used the gas grill daily and it worked well but is on its last leg and could be upgraded and be a little larger. We loved the house, the location, the beach, the pool and the proximity to everything."

"The House was located close to all, easy beach access and great views. We had 6 adults and 10 children aging from 2 to 17, memories were definitely created and will be cherished. The House itself does need some updating and new amenities in the bedrooms and kitchen. We did cook every night and struggled with pots, pans and accessories."

"This home was perfect for our family OBX vacation with 5 adults, 6 teens and 4 little ones! There was plenty of room and the house was very clean. The pool was a nice size and it was a very short walk to the beach of less than a block (not counting the stairs to get over the dune). It's in a quiet area, but only a short drive to food stores and shopping. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Two small suggestions - a few of the mattresses were very hard and could use an upgrade and the shrubs around the front of the house need some trimming in order to make the outdoor storage area below the front deck more accessible. We hope to return next year and will gladly rent this house again!"
"House was very well designed as far as families. We comfortably had four families and about 11 kids. Very close walk to the beach great location. Couple issues we had his dryer did not dry our clothes and the wooden deck gave three of our children splinters. Very disappointed in the patio in the pool and should never have added advertised a new pool bar. But it was one of the cleanest houses we’ve ever stayed at in our six years of going to the Outer Banks kitchen was great having the two dishwashers was a huge advantage."
