The vacation possibilities are endless at “Skyline Horizons” on the Outer Banks! Imagine waking up to gorgeous panoramic ocean views, sipping coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the ocean nearby. This stunning retreat blends modern comfort and relaxation with a design that gracefully honors the timeless charm of Southern Shores' iconic flattop homes. Nestled in a serene environment surrounded by lush trees, the beach access is just a short walk from this pet friendly home.
The third level of the home is a seamless combination of a spacious layout and modern amenities. Gather in the comfortably furnished great room on the third floor to plan your day outside or simply relax. An electric fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen will surely please the cooks in your group, as it is well-equipped with a sleek and modern aesthetic. An elevator allows you to stock groceries in the third-floor kitchen effortlessly. A gas stove, wall ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers are ideal for food storage, meal preparation, and cleanup. If you’re grilling dinner, a grill is conveniently located on the third-level oceanfront deck. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. If you’d prefer to dine outdoors, there is a spiral staircase just outside that leads to an outdoor dining area on the second-floor deck. Savor the ocean view and salty breeze no matter the weather on the covered ocean-facing deck. An additional sun deck on the third floor overlooks the pool area.
In the third-floor master bedroom, you’ll find a private bathroom and access to the ocean-facing deck. A half bathroom is also available on the third level. Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the home’s second floor, each with a private bathroom. There are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom on the middle floor. All of the bedrooms on the second floor have deck access. A coffee bar and beverage center are conveniently available on the second floor. The final master suite is located on the ground floor, as well as another bedroom and full bathroom.
Evenings can be spent gathering in the rec room, which includes a shuffleboard table, and a mini-arcade featuring classic games such as Pac-Man and Tetris. Refreshments can be readily available in the kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator and dishwasher. A second grill is available just outside on the poolside patio.
Relax and unwind in the pool area. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool or lounge around the poolside. The spacious screened porch offers a versatile and comfortable space for various activities, such as reading a book or gathering for an afternoon beverage. After nightfall, enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub, basking under the tranquil glow of the stars. An outdoor pool table is available for the competitive members of your group. The home’s location is ideal for leisurely walking on the nearby, quiet beaches or exploring the quaint Outer Banks towns nearby.
