Very well equipped. This was Thanksgiving week, so the kitchen amenities were very important. Two kitchen sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens and two refrigerators. Absolutely wonderful for our family reunion with 14 people. And we had no lack of peelers, pans, etc. With such a large home, having all the light switches marked was VERY HELPFUL!!! Thank you for that.

Review for Seagate, in Ocean Hill, NC.

The home was near the beach and priced very reasonable. The lay out of the house with bathrooms in all the rooms were perfect for multi family vacation. We really enjoyed the ice maker, double dishwashers in the kitchen along with the pool table in the rec room. The hot tub was also enjoyed by all. The double showers outside was very useful when returning from the beach.

Review for A Maze of Grace, in Ocean Hill, NC.

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks for a family vacation and it was so relaxing!! The house had a great layout for our family, contained a well stocked kitchen and offered great amenities. The furnishings were also very comfortable and the 3rd floor deck was outfitted with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean. It was also great that you could access all levels of the deck from the outside and the walkway to the beach was short and had a spout to wash our feet. It also had a nice sitting area where we could store our beach items. We loved the location being in a quiet neighborhood and we could ride our bikes to the lighthouse and beer garden! The only wish I had is that the pool was heated. It was rather chilly for the first week of September and most people wouldn't go in so it became a wasted amenity. Overall this is a great house that offers easy access to the beach and a relaxing vacation! We'll be back!

Review for Triple Play, in Ocean Hill, NC.

The size of the home and the location were perfect for us. There are new owners taking over the property and I assume that they will be taking care of the few items of deferred maintenance that are there due to normal wear and tear. Nothing major. The view is AMAZING and the access to the beach is unbeatable!

Review for Bikini Bottom, in Ocean Hill, NC.

The owners of this home literally thought of everything. We brought so many things that we ended up not needing because it was already provided. We commented all week and how thoughtful they were. The location of the home was perfect for us, having children especially, and the accommodations were ideal for the three families that we brought with us.
