"We loved the open layout of the living and kitchen areas. There were plenty of plates, cups and silverware. 2 dishwashers and ovens were a huge plus! The view was great over the sound and the neighborhood was quiet. We would absolutely stay again!"

"A "home" on the sound that checks all the boxes!!! As I have been an avid OBX vacationer for many years my wants and needs have changed. The elevator in this home takes you from the bottom to the top, people, luggage and groceries. The view from the windows when the sun is setting will leave you in awe of its beauty. Oh, and needless to say after a drive from Ohio how a dip in the pool or soak in hot tub helps put you into vacation mode. And if you do have a problem, unfortunately things do arise, call Twiddy! They have a great team to "get it done.""
"Hare's At Last is one of the nicest vacation homes we have been fortunate to spend a vacation in. This was our 4th or 5th stay (during 25 years of vacationing in Corolla Light) in this beautiful home and all the amenities and recent renovations are outstanding. There is so much space for large groups and of course the gorgeous soundfront view is breathtaking. The owners take obvious pride in their home. We already have our 2023 vacation booked in Hare's At Last."

"Wonderful home. Checked all the boxes for me, hot tub and elevator so appreciated. Loved homes layout and theater room was USED. Need access to a broom for outside webs and I so thank Twiddy for coming out to spray. They are always on it when you call. Want to let folks know there is a KEURIG as I brought mine from Ohio as we did not know AND a canoe under house. The sunsets are awesome and watching the Osprey nest was a daily interest. Have rented oceanfront and soundfront, both wonderful but high wind on ocean can be a bit to much. Really great here. Heads up, flyswatter on Wall in kitchen pantry and bath mats under sinks. Needless to say renting this week next year again!"

The elevator was a great surprise and very useful for loading/unloading and for guests that struggle with stairs. The location is great too. Play on the sound, in the pool/hot tub or take a short bike ride to the beach. Having access to the Corolla Light amenities was also very useful. Will definitely consider future stays here."
