Consider yourself “Just Ducking Lucky” for finding this charming Outer Banks vacation home! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Duck Village, the Ocean Dunes community beach access is just a stroll or quick bike ride away. Enjoy horizon views of the ocean and the sound. Take a quick stroll in the other direction to get to shopping, dining, and activities in Duck Village, as well as the Duck soundside boardwalk.
The top floor of the home features an open and airy great room, perfect for lounging around with loved ones. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby or outside, either on the screened porch or on the spacious sun deck. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the middle floor, you’ll find additional sleeping quarters, as well as a covered deck and laundry facilities. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. The game room on the ground floor will surely be where everyone hangs out in the evenings. Choose which game you want to play at the convertible ping pong and pool table. Snacks and drinks can always be handy, as there is a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave included in the game room.
From the game room, step outside for some fun in the sun. Enjoy long days playing in the refreshing private pool. Relax with a soak in the hot tub at day’s end. There is a half bathroom conveniently located in the pool area. You’ll feel “Just Ducking Lucky” to leave this charming home with new OBX family vacation memories!

"We had a wonderful week! The house had everything we wanted. Can’t think of anything it didn’t have! Lovely neighborhood and Duck had it all! . Appliances were all updated and nice. Close to beach and shops. Beach gear a plus! Beach lifeguard was a benefit too. The pool was a very nice size and was a great retreat. Really loved the pool and hot tub with the bathroom too! Pool service was very good. Quite private too. Great seating for the decks! Husband loved the hammock! Everything was very convenient. Very comfortable living for a family. Thank you so much!"

"Just Ducking Lucky is in great shape. The home looks better in person than in the pictures which I thought looked good to begin with. Some of the furniture has been updated, stainless steel appliances have been put in and there is a new large flat screen above the fireplace. The hot tub is in the pool area against the house, which is not readily known from their pictures. It sits 7 people and appears very new. The pool filtration system works great, keeping the water very clean for our entire trip. The only thing I would change/add is back decking to the home. I wish we could of walked from the upper levels of the house right outside to the pool. Wonderful home and we would stay again."
