Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Duck Village, the Ocean Dunes community beach access is just a stroll or quick bike ride away. Enjoy horizon views of the ocean and the sound. Take a quick stroll in the other direction to get to shopping, dining, and activities in Duck Village, as well as the Duck soundside boardwalk.
The top floor of the home features an open and airy great room, perfect for lounging around with loved ones. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby or outside, either on the screened porch or on the spacious sun deck. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the middle floor, you’ll find additional sleeping quarters, as well as a covered deck and laundry facilities. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. The game room on the ground floor will surely be where everyone hangs out in the evenings. Choose which game you want to play at the convertible ping pong and pool table. Snacks and drinks can always be handy, as there is a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave included in the game room.
From the game room, step outside for some fun in the sun. Enjoy long days playing in the refreshing private pool. Relax with a soak in the hot tub at day’s end. There is a half bathroom conveniently located in the pool area. You’ll feel “Just Ducking Lucky” to leave this charming home with new OBX family vacation memories!
