As you step into the great room on the top floor, the design opens up, inviting everyone to relax together.. The living area offers comfortable seating around a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for post-beach movie nights or simply curling up with a book. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances and equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, from pancake breakfasts to seafood feasts. As a bonus, there are two refrigerators in the kitchen, ideal for additional food storage and keeping your favorite beverages cold. Adjacent, the dining area features a generous table where everyone can share stories, plan excursions, and enjoy memorable vacation meals. Outside on the deck, enjoy the peaceful view of the sound as well as the charming live oak trees in the yard. The nearby screened porch is an ideal place to enjoy late afternoon snacks together. The hot tub on the deck is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you watch the sunset on the nearby sound.
Outside, the pool is ready for you to make a splash, ideal for sunny afternoons of floating, splashing, or lounging in comfort on the pool’s ledge. With direct access to the water, you can walk from the home to a small dock, ideal for launching a kayak or paddleboard. Take a stroll on the soundfront path that runs along the Corolla Light Community, which can be accessed from the backyard.
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and convenience: The top-level ensuite bedroom boasts deck access and a private bathroom. Two additional ensuite bedrooms are on the middle floor, and each includes a private bathroom and deck access. A whirlpool tub is available in one of the ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on the third and first floors. The sitting area with a TV on the ground floor can serve as a second living area.
