Step into the great room on the top floor and you’ll instantly notice the gorgeous coastal view. The living area features plush sofas arranged for group conversations or quiet reading, and an electric fireplace is available if the weather is cool. Across the room, the kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures with stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island, and plenty of counter space for appetizers, beachside breakfasts, or celebratory dinners. Nearby, the dining area offers a generous table that comfortably seats the whole crew, set beneath warm pendant lighting and the facing sound view. The elevator is a huge help when getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third floor. Outside, a screened porch offers quiet moments, whether for morning coffee or an evening game of cards. The sun deck is the perfect place to watch the sky change colors as the sun sets on the horizon.
