Inside, the great room welcomes you with warmth, the perfect hub for relaxing with a movie or chatting about your day. The kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals throughout your stay, whether you're whipping up beachside breakfasts or grilling a feast. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is where meals stretch into laughter, games, and shared stories. Outside on the deck, sit back with your morning coffee as you watch the sky change colors at sunrise. The screened porch is a place where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while having an afternoon snack. Upstairs on the rooftop-level deck, enjoy horizon ocean views and the salty breeze.
Outside, the sparkling pool invites you in to swim, float, or splash around, while a hot tub offers a place to slow down, and stress melts away.
When it’s time to rest, the bedrooms offer peaceful havens. On the top floor, there is one bedroom with a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common area. On the second level, you’ll find an ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom. There are also two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor. These restful rooms give you space to recharge, and the cottage’s layout flows beautifully, balancing togetherness and privacy.
Beyond the home, the setting truly captures the untamed soul of the 4×4 beach. You’ll feel enveloped by the natural coastal landscape, where dunes, sea oats, and maritime forests stretch as far as the eye can see, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot the Corolla wild horses, the majestic Spanish mustangs that roam freely on this very stretch of beach.

Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Seagull Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Seagull Beach rental homes are located. Located closer to the beach access ramp, Seagull Beach is a small collection of homes located approximately 2.6 miles up the beach. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Seagull Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
