The rec room boasts high-quality games, featuring a well-maintained ping pong table, pool table, and an impressive arcade cabinet with a variety of classic games. The house welcomed us with cleanliness upon arrival, and the views are breathtaking, offering ample windows overlooking the beach and front-facing vistas that showcase stunning sunsets. The catwalk provides a convenient pathway to access the beach, while the elevator proves beneficial for those with mobility challenges, facilitating the transport of bags upstairs. The spacious driveway accommodates at least six cars comfortably, though some may be blocked in. The beds are invitingly comfortable, adorned with plenty of pillows and cozy, insulated blankets. The kitchens stand out with their excellence, particularly the main kitchen equipped with two fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, sinks, and a wine fridge, all in impeccable condition. High-quality installed speakers contribute to a great atmosphere, creating a delightful ambiance when connected to and playing music. The wood flooring adds to the overall appeal, and there is ample seating on both the top and middle floors, making it ideal for accommodating many people. The theatre room is a standout feature, although some instructions on its usage would be a welcome addition. Overall, the house provided a wonderful setting, perfect for creating cherished memories with family and friends."

"Location and size"
The water system is being replaced this off season with a reverse osmosis system. This will provide clean drinking water. All faucets will be replaced. The water causes corrosion. Planning for a additional closet with brooms and a vacuum. Decking is being replaced. The end of the walkway is an example of the decking going forward. Adding an outdoor bar to the pool area.
