On the third floor, the spacious great room showcases the ocean view through wide windows, which also flood the room with natural light. Gather in the living area, which is comfortably furnished, and watch TV or simply catch up with one another. The gas fireplace nearby is available to keep you cozy during the cooler months of the year. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. In the mornings, watch the sunrise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee. Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you’re making a big seafood dinner or whipping up pancakes after sleeping in. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby. Another great place to relax outside is on the screened porch, which is ideal for relaxed reading or simply savoring the breeze with loved ones.
After sun-filled outings, each bedroom serves as a perfect haven for unwinding and recharging. There are five restful retreats throughout the three levels of the home. Three ensuite bedrooms, one on each level, have a private bathroom. The ensuite bedroom on the second floor has access to the covered deck. In addition to the three ensuite bedrooms, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. The ensuite on the ground floor is set up as a den, providing an additional living space.
Outside, every feature is designed to enhance the coastal experience. The decks offer perfect perches for enjoying cold beverages or late-night stargazing. When you’re ready for some time on the beach, the community walkway is a short stroll to the end of the street.
Beyond the home, Duck Village’s charm is within easy reach. A quick drive brings boutique shopping, local restaurants, and the scenic Soundside Boardwalk. From family ice cream stops to live music outdoors and afternoon strolls through coastal boutiques, the offerings are as delightful as the sea breeze.
