Inside, the home is designed for life at the beach, featuring a spacious layout and numerous entertaining amenities. The great room on the top level is the hub for gathering. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for watching a movie or curling up with a good book. Across the room, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare vacation meals, whether it’s hearty breakfasts or laid-back dinners. The nearby dining area is ready to host lively meals. The home’s elevator is a big help when unloading luggage and groceries. When you’re in need of fresh salt air, step outside onto the decks. The top deck offers breathtaking ocean views and is the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean.
On the second floor, the den can serve as a second living area. Entertainment options abound on the lowest level of the home. Gather in the media room for a family movie night. The rec room features a pool table and foosball, with a nearby kitchenette and wet bar available for snacks or cold drinks.
