A cross-walk and beach access at the end of the driveway means your toes are in the sand in no time! The home’s hot tub and square-shaped private pool provide plenty more opportunities for outdoor family fun. Pull up a stool at the bar to enjoy a cool beverage poolside without having to go inside.
Inside, you’ll find thoughtful details and tasteful touches throughout the home including local art, reclaimed tobacco barn flooring, and chic seaside decor. On the top level, an open floor plan and large windows create an airy space for the living, dining, and kitchen. Prepare meals with ease in the well equipped kitchen, lounge in the great room, take in the views from the "happy hour tower", or dine together as a family all with the background of ocean views. For added convenience, a half bath lies just off the common areas. The heads of the household will enjoy the King Ensuite, which is the only bedroom on the floor.
