Get ready for a “Laid Back and Lazy” Outer Banks vacation! This beach house is located directly on the oceanfront in Nags Head and offers unparalleled ocean views and conveniently located immediately across the street from Surfin’ Spoon Frozen Yogurt shop and a short block's walk to Snow Bird Burgers and Cones as yet another option for ice cream treats. Walk just a few houses north on the beach to Nags Head Pier, which features a restaurant and tiki bar as well as excellent fishing. About a mile south of the home, Jockey’s Ridge State Park is a great spot to watch an OBX sunset on the sound from the top of the big sand dunes.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and airy great room, with the ocean view on full display. Relax with loved ones in the living area and watch TV or simply catch up with one another. The nearby kitchen includes all equipment needed to prepare meals for your group for the duration of your stay. Cleanup is easy with two dishwashers. Everyone can comfortably enjoy meals together in the spacious dining area. Step out onto the oceanside deck to enjoy an OBX sunrise and watch the dolphins swimming with your morning coffee. There is a covered deck on the front of the home from which to experience an OBX sunset. One master bedroom, with an attached full bathroom, as well as a half bathroom can be found on the third level. Head up to the reading nook and curl up with your favorite book.
The middle level of the home consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one additional bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor. Many hours of evening fun are on tap in the rec room on the lower level. The arcade game features over 60 classic games. Have a family tournament at the pool table, then take the competition outside to the ping pong table. Laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor.
Spend your days in the sunshine, either at the private pool or on the beach. The pool area features many seating options, perfect for basking in the sun or taking a break to have lunch. There are also seating options in the grilling area, just outside of the pool fence. From the pool area, there is a boarded walkway that leads to a spacious dune deck, perfect for enjoying salty breezes with a cold drink. There are steps from the dune deck down to the beach. An outdoor shower and foot wash is available on the walkway for rinsing off prior to re-entering the pool area. A vacation at this oceanfront home will have you feeling “Laid Back and Lazy” as you make treasured vacation memories!
