Located directly on the oceanfront at milepost 10.5, this modern vacation home with classic cottage style can comfortably accommodate your entire family. A variety of common areas, both inside and out, will keep your entire group entertained throughout your stay.
The heart of the property is the main house, a sprawling coastal sanctuary with coastal details and windows that perfectly frame the beautiful ocean view. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for gathering to watch TV or simply chatting with loved ones. Across the room, the well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, two refrigerators, two ovens, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy meals nearby in the dining areas, which are conveniently situated with views of the ocean. Outside, the covered deck is perfectly situated to take advantage of the gorgeous ocean view. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you watch the sunrise over the ocean nearby. The screened porch provides a shaded spot to relax and enjoy the salty breeze in the afternoons. One master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, and a half bathroom are available on the top floor of the main house. The home’s elevator is a huge help when unloading luggage and groceries.
On the middle floor of the main house, you’ll find a sitting area with a TV that can serve as an additional living area. Stock the wet bar with snacks and drinks to keep refreshments handy. Outside, you’ll find another screened porch, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Also, outside, you’ll find a large sun deck that overlooks the pool area, perfect for those in your group who enjoy lounging in the sunshine all day long. On the second floor, you’ll find four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms includes access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom between them.
The rec room on the ground floor of the main house includes a table, foosball, and a lounge area, ideally situated for family tournaments. A generously sized wet bar is available nearby to keep snacks and drinks readily available at all times. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There is an additional full bathroom and a cabana half bathroom on the ground floor.
Outside, you’ll discover two private pools: the main pool to splash around in and a smaller covered pool, perfect for taking a quick dip. The poolside cabana offers a convenient place to take a break from the pool or beach when needed. After dark, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars in the sky. Several fun games are available throughout the home’s outdoor areas, including cornhole and outdoor chess. A cabana bathroom that opens to both the pool area and the house, along with three outdoor showers, makes for convenient transitions between the pool area and the home.
The guest house brings old Nags Head cottage appeal with modern amenities. The one-level flat-top home features a spacious and open great room area, perfect for gathering to plan your day. Across the room, you’ll find a full galley-style kitchen to prepare meals throughout your stay. The nearby dining area is the perfect place to gather for meals or to simply enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The ping pong table in the nearby rec room encourages many evenings of fun and friendly competition. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom are also available in the guest house. Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck, partially covered, perfect for relaxing in the sun or curling up in the shade with a good book.
