Situated just across the street from the beach, this beautifully appointed home offers ocean views and multiple ocean-facing decks, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze. Completely decorated in a modern coastal motif, this home is functional and attractive. The home features four levels of indoor and outdoor living space.
The top level of the home features a rec room with a pool table, foosball, arcade game, and a TV area with comfortable seating as well as bar seating. There is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator nearby so refreshments can be easily obtained. A covered deck allows you to step outside and take in the ocean view during game breaks.
The third level of the home is considered the main living space, with the spacious great room, kitchen, and two master bedrooms. The living area, with gas fireplace, features comfortable seating, a large TV, and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the ocean-facing deck is nearby. The kitchen was designed for meal prep and cleanup for the entire family. There are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. The wet bar ensures that beverages and snacks can be fetched without interfering with the meal preparation or cleanup happening nearby. Ample counter seating and the large table in the dining area allow everyone to enjoy meals together. Access to the deck that overlooks the pool area is nearby. The elevator assists with getting groceries to the kitchen without hauling them up several flights of stairs. The two bedrooms on the third floor are both masters, each with a private full bathroom attached. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience.
The second level of the home consists mostly of sleeping quarters. There are five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bathrooms is equipped with handicap-friendly features. There is a sitting area with deck access, as well as laundry facilities on the second floor of the home.
The ground level includes ample parking, covered and uncovered. Inside the home, there is a wet bar with refrigerator and a cabana half bathroom that leads to the pool area. Make a splash in the private pool, which features a partially covered area that is perfect for those that like to relax in the pool but don’t want to be in the sun. Relax in one of the lounge chairs that line the pool while the kids run around in the spacious fenced yard. There is a covered grilling area with seating for quick lunches without leaving the backyard. The covered hot tub area is also located nearby. The Asheville Street Beach Access is located just a few homes to the north. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, the Wright Brothers National Memorial is just to the west of the home, and all of the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment on the OBX are nearby. However you like to spend your Outer Banks vacation, “Sea Esta OBX” is the ideal place to stay!
