Quackers Inn is a well-kept ocean side house which is great to enjoy and create memories of a lifetime. Perched on a high dune, it is a short walk to both the ocean and sound, with walkway access to both. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub that is on an expanded 10' x 30' covered deck which offers a bench and table with chairs. The great room with vaulted ceilings has an impressive view of the ocean, and an entertainment center with a large screen TV for easy viewing. The kitchen is bright, well stocked and will please the chef in every family. From an elevated ship's watch, you can enjoy a perfect view of the sunrise or sunset. The home is a short drive or bike ride from the heart of Duck, which offers a town park, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

"The house has plenty of family space Along with large smart TV in the living room, there is an upper game level perfect for kids and adults. It was nice not having to bring beach chairs as the house provides them. Our family has stayed at this house twice and we hope to stay there again."
"A beautiful and immaculate home in a great location. Duck is an adorable town and we truly enjoyed shopping along the boardwalk overlooking the bay. We dined at the delicious restaurants in town and the beach was gorgeous and relaxing! I’ll miss enjoying my morning coffee sitting on the top deck overlooking the serene ocean with gorgeous sunrises and ending the day with colorful and exquisite sunsets over the bay!. This was my third consecutive visit to this home (my son is based at Camp Lejeune and I treated him and his family to memorable vacations here. He’s being transferred to Parris Island, SC to train as a D.I., so we’ll be heading further south next year.) The OBX holds a special place in my heart and I will return again! Thank you for making our family’s time together worthwhile!"

"I absolutely loved everything about this home. On a quiet private drive, just a few steps from the beach. A well-supplied kitchen with everything I needed to cook and more, beautiful bathrooms and outdoor shower was great to rinse off after a day at the beach. In either direction off the main road you come to a grocery store or Walmart, and S Croatan hwy had all the hot spots. We enjoyed Tullio’s Bakery breakfast sandwiches and Duck Donuts. Most people don’t like that you have to take garbage to community dumpsters, but I, for one, liked that. No build up and we just threw it in the trunk and dropped it off on our way out to do activities. As soon as I get my summer work schedule for next year I will absolutely be booking this home again. Everyone had an absolute blast and the views from the home are amazing!!!"
"The home was spacious and have a beautiful view. As well, it was well furnished and had a nice energy to it. Twiddy was extremely responsive to the one coffee maker issue that we had. Strongly considering a return trip next year."
Jason - Sorry for the problem with the coffee pot. Seems like the previous renter caused the GFI circuit breaker to trip. Once reset is was working as should.
