We are sorry to hear that the first day welcome bag was not provided, but we do provide a welcome package with hand soap and toilet paper for every bathroom, a paper towel roll, a trash bag, sponge, dish soap, and a dishwasher pod. We apologize for the oversight.

Such a great location, unfortunately covid messed up eating out and enjoying a lot that Duck has to offer! Would recommend! Outside the crows nest a piece of siding had come loose and 1 rail at deck was loose. Flies at the pool were annoying, even when not eating! Check in and out was easy!"
Thank you for the heads up. We will definitely get the rail and siding fixed. We are hoping to upgrade the screened porch.
"We were so happy with the house, which was beautiful and clean. Our only (very) minor complaint was about the internet, which kept cutting out during the week and appeared unrelated to weather. We had to reset the router a few times and even then it didn’t always work."
"We love this home. It is perfect for us. One thing I did want to mention just in case you weren’t aware - it seems the living room ceiling fan was not working. We tried every switch for it to turn on, but no luck. Thank you for sharing this home with us."

"Moby Duck was a great house for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect - close to the shops and boardwalk and equally close to the beach. Beds and sofas were comfortable. 3 of the 5 bathrooms have been updated. House was clean. Pool was small but had two seating areas in it which was nice. Only issue was that the crow's nest/office was very warm. No shades on the windows, no ceiling fan, and only one AC vent. It was difficult to work up there. Maybe an exhaust fan to let out the hot air? Or a ceiling fan? But would not be a deal breaker."
Thank you for your suggestions. We too have noticed the heat in the office. The vent and fan are not effective. We are trying to come up with a solution, and your suggestion of blinds is quite helpful. Thank you for choosing Moby Duck for your vacation.
