Welcome to “Flora” on the 4x4 beach! Gorgeous ocean and coastal landscape views are yours to enjoy throughout your stay at this well-appointed beach house, accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicles only. Recently constructed in 2024 with six bedrooms and an impressive catalog of amenities, everyone in your group will find something to love at this retreat.
The great room on the top level is the home’s main gathering place and offers beautiful ocean views. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area, which offers a fireplace for use if you happen to encounter chilly weather. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for your entire family, and one dishwasher is a big help when cleaning up after family meals. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. Just outside, the deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with an Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean. There is also a screened porch available if you need a break from the sunshine. The beautiful Corolla Wild Horses live in the area, so be on the lookout for them roaming by. Back inside, there are two master bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom is also available on the top level.
On the second floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Outside on the deck, the hot tub is ready and waiting to soothe you after a long day outside. Laundry facilities are also available on the second floor of the home.
The rec room on the ground floor will host many hours of fun for your family. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. When you get hungry or thirsty, head over to the wet bar to grab a cold beverage from the refrigerator. There is a full bathroom that conveniently opens to the pool area as well as the rec room. Just outside, fun in the sun will be on your vacation agenda as you take a dip in the private pool. Vacation memories are waiting to be made at “Flora” on the 4x4 beach!

Situated approximately 3 miles north of the beach access ramp and spanning about one mile north, Swan Beach is an absolutely gorgeous stretch of shoreline. Offering adventurous guests a break from the ordinary and a chance to enjoy the Outer Banks coast as it was “years ago,” Swan Beach is a truly special place.
