Recent updates include fresh exterior paint on the second and third floor, a new sitting area by the pool under the second floor deck, a second charcoal park grill, upgraded landscaping, new great room furniture, adding a refrigerator to first level game room, upgrading to Smart TVs and larger TVs in the great room and select master bedrooms!
