Inside, the great room stands out with its open layout and plenty of windows, a perfect place to lounge, chat, or watch the sky change colors over the ocean. The living area is comfortably furnished and ideal for watching TV or catching up with loved ones. Up in the ship’s watch, you’ll find an open space with abundant natural light, perfect for curling up with a good book. The kitchen is well-appointed and ready for everything from lazy breakfasts to seafood feasts. Right beside the kitchen, the dining area naturally draws your group together for meals, games, or deep conversations. Step outside to the screened porch, where you can dine al fresco. On the second floor, the den offers a tucked-away space for relaxing, reading, or pausing for a quiet moment.
The home’s decks include both covered and sunny areas with a variety of seating options. The rooftop-level deck is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. In the yard, the private pool and hot tub shine as true highlights. The pool invites you to swim, float, or soak up sunshine, while the nearby hot tub is tailor-made for evening soaks.
When it’s time for rest, the bedrooms are restful retreats. There is one ensuite bedroom on the top floor, which features a whirlpool tub in the private bathroom. Two additional ensuite bedrroms are on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and one with a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor.
The location in Schooner Ridge is one of the best parts of the experience. The neighborhood offers year‑round amenities, like an indoor heated pool, a separate outdoor community pool, tennis and racquetball courts, a fitness center, and a game room, so there’s always something to do no matter the weather.
Beyond the doorstep, Duck Village is just a short walk away. Duck offers a warm, small‑town feel with coastal boutiques, laid-back eateries, and classic Outer Banks charm. You’re perfectly positioned to explore, bike into town for breakfast, shop for souvenirs, stroll the boardwalk, or simply soak in the sea breezes.
