The professionally landscaped yard is welcoming you upon arrival to the home. On the top floor of the home, the great room was designed for gathering. Kick back and relax with loved ones in the comfortable living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for your entire family, just add groceries. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby. Outside, enjoy the gorgeous ocean view from the sun deck. Feel the ocean breeze as you relax in the screened porch. Back inside, there is an elevated sitting area, perfect for reading a good book or catching up on email. There is one ensuite bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom can be found on the landing between the second and third levels.
On the second floor of the home, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have access to the covered deck, which includes a tiki bar and a ping pong table, as well as the hot tub. There are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the middle level. On the ground floor, there is a second refrigerator as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy access to the Schooner Ridge community amenities, which include a community pool, community tennis and a rec center with an indoor pool, gym with weight room, and indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
