"We have rented Heart of Duck for the past 3 years and love the layout but won’t rent again. The home needs some basic upgrades such as new mattresses (especially in the master as it is awful). We actually brought our own mattress topper this year because of the bedding. Other guests have stated the same of other beds. It also needs new pans to cook on. We love the house and we love Twiddy otherwise. We will be back next year. Thank you so much for being awesome!"

Kids were toddlers when we started, they both still come every year even tho they are in mid 30's now. Owner has taken care of the home over the years, and we'll continue to come down for 2 weeks in future years."

"This a beautiful home that is well maintained and furnished by the owner. This home features new appliances and furniture, and has a pool with a hot tub poolside which is wonderful. Many great family memories have been created in this home, with more coming. Indoor facility in this development with oceanfront pool is also a big plus over other duck neighborhoods."
