"The house was very clean and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the downstairs area that included seating, a TV, and refrigerator with easy access to the grill/pool area. Twiddy was a great company to rent through with easy check in/check out procedures!"

"We loved the location of this home-it is just a very quick walk to the beach! The Schooner Ridge community is really nice- the kids loved the pool by the beach and the game room- we had many Air Hockey Championships! The layout of the house was really nice- the kids used the loft room as their “lounge” and they thought it was just the coolest! We would absolutely rent this same house again but the pet policy changed for 2023. We will be looking at Schooner Ridge again, though!"

"Nice house, good location. Love Schooner Ridge. A few recommendations...put a ceiling fan in all the bedrooms, as well as one full length mirror. Replace 2nd floor carpet with the new inexpensive vinyl plank flooring (so much easier to keep clean at the beach and with a pet). Living room couch is worn making it difficult for active seniors to get up from. When it's time to do bathroom renovations, 2nd floor hall bathroom needs a total redesign - way too small. The stay was very pleasant as always. Thank you for making it available for rent with 1 pet."

"Terrific house with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen! TVs are smart TVs or round so you can plug in your own account info— which was sort of nice for kids. Spacious living room. Pool was great and hot tub actually worked (I’ve found that to be a wildcard issue)! Short walk to the beach. I’d totally stay there again!!"
