This oceanfront beach house is perfect for the entire “Famiglia!” Gorgeous ocean views are yours for the duration of your stay at this lovely vacation home. A spacious layout with modern decor and proximity to the beach make this vacation home the perfect destination for rest and relaxation.
On the third floor of the home, you’ll find the home’s main common space, an open and airy great room. Towering windows on both the front, back and south sides of the house allow natural light to fill the room. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean provides the perfect backdrop for the great room. Kick back and relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living areas. Just outside the sliding door, the top level deck is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee or to enjoy the view any time of day. The top deck wraps around to the front of the home, offering the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets as well. The attractive kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, just add groceries. Take in the ocean view as you enjoy delicious meals in the dining area. Outdoor dining areas are also available on the covered portion of the deck. A half bathroom is on this level for convenience. A sitting area and office is just up the spiral staircase for those that need a quiet place to check in with the office or school.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the middle level of the home. There are two master bedrooms and each has a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities complete the second floor. Outside, covered decks allow you to enjoy salty breezes in the shade. Soak in the hot tub while listening to the waves lap the shore nearby. Easily access the beach, as there is a walkway from the home that connects to the community walkway, which is right next to the home. Sanderling is a quiet community that offers access to a community pool and tennis courts. Vacation memories with “Famiglia” are waiting to be made at this beautiful Outer Banks retreat!
