"We loved how much space there was. The pool and hot tub. The air hockey table. We loved that there were 2 tables for eating."
"The house was the perfect location with about an 8-minute walk to the beach and to the boardwalk in either direction. The pool and hot tub were bonus features that made it nice to come back with small kids and take a break from the beach. The house setup was also nice with each bedroom having a bathroom. The house is a little outdated with the furniture and kitchen and very limited with supplies, so be prepared to bring your own if you plan to use the kitchen a lot as we did."

"The house is close to the Duck boardwalk, not too far from the shore, walking distance to Scarborough shops, has a bit of private space for everyone, an open, light-filled common area, and beautiful, understated beach decor. If you're visiting just before or after the prime season, the private pool and hot tub provide a warm and sheltered spot for sun-bathing and swimming. While it needs a bit of TLC, it's a good design for a big family and a great location."

"Ducks and Co is a great house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit small but the living room is a nice size as well as the common area on the ground level. The pool and hot tub are huge pluses. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back."
"The heated pool was great. All the rooms have their own bathroom. The bunk bed room was great for the little kids to share. There was ample seating outside. The dining room and morning room were great with an open floor plan. There were two refrigerators. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and the shops."
"The home needs some TLC. Loved that each bedroom had a full bath but didn’t love that only two bedrooms had an older television in them. The pool was nice but we wished it were heated. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beach was breathtakingly beautiful! The home location is great! Overall I would rent this home again. Great for a huge family."

"House in very good condition. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of their own room and bathroom. 15 minutes walk east to the beach, 15 minutes walk west to the shops. Neighborhood felt very secure. Very enjoyable first impression."
