Take a short walk to the community access for Currituck Sound. Relax and enjoy the newly installed heated pool (2023), downstairs kitchen and eating area with well-landscaped yard. Experience family time in this newly renovated (kitchen, living area and bathrooms) vacation home. No pets allowed.

"Wonderful House for family vacations. We’ve been fortunate to have rented this home 5 times in our 20+ years of vacationing in Duck. The homeowners have made sure to supply all things needed for the beach - umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand buckets & shovels for the little ones. It is a house perfect for relaxing. Rocking chairs and even a hammock! And due to a family member with allergies, we really appreciate it being a non-pet house. A newly updated kitchen made for a very pleasant surprise. Definitely a gem!"

"The location of this home is truly magical. Its up on a hill so views are just fine even second row. Beach access is right across the street. Easy bike to shops. The wrap-around porch means you can sit in sun or shade or out of wind at any time. Enough rocking chairs for ALLLLLLL of us to sit and have coffee/wine/soda on the porch. Kitchen is small but functional. layout is nice and open- its a true old-school beach house, nothing fancy but has a ton of charm. The WIFI ROCKS!!! We had 8 people all working and doing virtual school at the same time and no issues. Great family home and layout."
