Just “One Lot Back” from the beach, this semi-oceanfront home offers ocean views and easy beach access! Located on a quiet street in the heart of the town of Duck, this home is a convenient walking distance from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Duck Village. The beach access with steps is located just across the cul-de-sac from the home. This vacation home features bright and cheery seaside decor throughout, putting you in a vacation state of mind immediately upon arrival.
The top floor features the great room, which is the main living space in the home. Hang out in the living area and watch TV or play a hand of cards with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen features ample counter space, as well as countertop seating for a quick breakfast or lunch. Meals can be enjoyed in the nearby dining area. Enjoy salty ocean breezes while relaxing on the deck with an afternoon beverage or morning coffee. There is one master bedroom on the top level, with a private bathroom. A half bathroom can be found on the top level for convenience.
The second level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Rocking chairs on the second level deck offer an opportunity to relax outside in the shade. A den on the ground floor offers an additional common space to enjoy, and there is a full bathroom nearby on the ground floor. Step outside to the pool area for some fun in the sun. Make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. Take advantage of the hot tub and enjoy a restorative soak before bedtime. However you like to spend your time on vacation, your family will love staying at “One Lot Back” on the Outer Banks!

"One Lot Back was the perfect vacation house for our family. We love that it is on a cul-de-sac and is so close to the beach (one lot back!) The house was just the right size for our family. Plenty of bathrooms! My four year old granddaughter loved having her own “bunkroom” and bathroom! She slept on the top bunk! The kitchen was more than fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kids loved being able to take an outside shower before jumping in the pool. The location is close to a market, liquor store, restaurants, and shopping. We all agree that we would love to stay here again the next time we vacation in the Outer Banks."

"Everything was wonderful from keyless entry to furnishings and layout for nine of us. Unfortunately, it was chilly the last week of May and it would have been nice to have a heated pool, but the kids didn't mind! So close to the ocean and an easy walk to Wee Winks at the end of the street. We had a wonderful week in spite of the uncooperative weather, but only got to enjoy two sunrises on the deck because of the chill. We would love to come back again."

"We found One Lot Back to be an immaculate, well-cared-for, impeccably-decorated and furnished home. The floor plan is perfect and its layout is very-well-thought out. We loved that all the bedrooms were masters. Ground-floor access to a bathroom, shower, and large refrigerator and freezer from outside the house was wonderful, and the outdoor shower with hot/cold water was very much appreciated. The kitchen is unbelievably well-stocked; the ice machine was a welcome bonus. Love the louvered windows. The wrap-around outside decks and furniture were wonderful and provided perfect places to relax. Washer and dryer are in a great location. We appreciated the ample outside covered area for our beach gear. There is absolutely nothing not to like here, although we are very sad that it is no longer pup-friendly."

It was so nice to sit on the decks and hear the ocean waves. When we finished at the beach it was great to go back to the house for a swim in the pool and float around and relax.
