Inside the immaculate home, a Great Room with fireplace takes center stage on the top floor opening to both East- and West- facing decks and offering incredible, one-of-a-kind, panoramic views of Both magnificent OBX Waters! A fully appointed chef’s kitchen also awaits, as do several dining areas which afford guests the ability to watch glorious sunrises or sunsets unfold before their eyes as they dine. A large, screened porch nearby allows guests to enjoy gentle ocean breezes and, of course, more spectacular views. On the mid-level, a separate den/family room/library provides a cozy spot for reading, gathering, and games.
Five unusually large king bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, add additional luxury to the home. A sixth king bedroom shares a "jack and jill" bath with another bedroom offering two queen beds (thus becoming a lovely and convenient suite for families). A final room with twin beds rounds out the home’s sleeping arrangements for 18, and of course, an elevator in the home ensures your suitcases can find you with ease as well!
On the bottom level, a Gameroom with shuffleboard, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, as well as fridge and icemaker opens to table tennis, cornhole, and the home’s many other outdoor amenities, including a grill and dining area near the pool and spa. Smart TVs with streaming can be found in most rooms at “Both Waters”, and a Sonos stereo system runs both inside and out.
To top it all off, a new private boardwalk leads from the house to the most amazing section of secluded beach on the OBX, where your personal cabana and chairs will be set up and waiting for you each day (an amenity included with your summer rental, check dates for availability) allowing you to watch in comfort as dolphins play in the sea, and pelicans and sanderlings go about their daily routines by the shore as neighbors.
On the West side of the home, another path leads past nesting ospreys to the private Palmer’s Island dock and nature trail on the Sound (that you share with the only 12 other homes in this special and secluded community) where you can sip a drink, try your hand at crabbing, or simply relax and enjoy this amazing spot.
There is no question that any vacation on the Outer Banks can be special.
