"The kitchen layout and appliances are great. Especially loved the ice maker in the island and the separate wine cooler also in the island. Nice large deep sink and separate smaller sink in island were very handy. We have stayed in oceanfront houses with expansive windows on the beach side with no curtains or shades. This house has great remote control shades for all the windows in the third level living area which are perfect for restricting the blinding sun in the morning and in the evening when needed."
