Observing the changing ocean tides is on the agenda at “Sand Dancer!” Tucked away at the end of a private road in a small community in Duck, this oceanfront home offers stunning ocean views and a spacious layout. This home is pet friendly, so your furry family members are welcome.
The top level of the home features a light and airy great room, with high ceilings and a wall of windows that puts the gorgeous ocean views on full display. The living area features comfortable seating. The large kitchen features ample counter space, including countertop seating, which is perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area, with the ocean view as your backdrop. Outside of the home on the top level, the spacious sun deck offers the opportunity to enjoy the salty breeze with your morning coffee while watching a famous OBX sunrise. There is a screened porch off of the kitchen area as well. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, with deck access and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
The second floor of the home consists of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is one master bedroom, with deck access and a private bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the additional bedrooms have deck access. Laundry facilities can be found on the second level of the home. The community walkway to the beach is located right beside the home so you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. Salt air and sunny skies make “Sand Dancer” the perfect pick for your next OBX vacation!

"The home was spacious and comfortable. The views were beautiful from every bedroom and the entire upstairs living area. The furniture in the common area was comfortable and seated everyone for night movies, games, and star watching. The screen porch was perfect for breakfast and kept the Midges( gnats) out. Decks were large and perfect for sunrise viewing. Not enough lounging furniture on either porch, mostly wooden and uncomfortable Plastic. The only lounge chair was broken. We rented beach chairs and used them on the top deck when we were not on the beautiful beach..Two bedroom mattresses were broken. Everything else worked great. We really enjoyed the ice maker and water filter. We did loose AC upstairs but Twiddy responded to our call and it was fixed by late afternoon on the day we reported it out. The stairs to the public beach access were covered by sand, ut the Boardwalk to the access was right next to the house and gate. We loved the location and house so much that we have pre reserved it for next year. Twiddy was a great company to work with."
