"Crawdad's Pad is a very nicely furnished home with plenty of room for visitors. It is located very near the beach access and within a short walt to the sound and shopping. Although this trip was just my wife and I, our next trip in August will include our grandson and his parents. We are looking forward to it."

Unfortunately, we did not avail ourselves of the pool and hot tub (okay, once) but we were grateful that they were there. Dominic, we value your input. We’ve just bought new pots and pans. The entry will be re grouted. We will investigate getting tall chairs and table for the deck.

"This was our third year back at this house! We love the location! It’s close to the beach and close to the shops! We have three small kids and it just fits us perfectly! We have both our in laws visit this and last year, and the house was perfect and spacious! The new deck is gorgeous and was so nice!"

Thank you for staying at Crawdad’s Pad. We redid the steps, Rails and decks for 2023 and are planning to have a walk in shower on the upper level. We will continue to upgrade. We try to equip the house to our wants and desires. We just replaced the vacuum with a more useable and versatile unit that replaces a broom. Thanks for staying with us. I’m picky about the kitchen

"This was our second year coming to the Is home! We absolutely love it! It fits our growing family perfectly! We use the pool and hot tub daily, the walk to the beach is so short, and the house is extremely well stocked- from the kitchen to sand toys and chairs! My husband loves the outside shower and toilet too! We have always been happy staying here! Hopefully we will book again next year!"
We replaced the decks with Trex decking and had all the stairs replaced. We strive to keep or home comfortable and safe.

"This home was perfect for our family. An ocean view, short walk to the beach and enough space for three little boys to do virtual school and play. The pool was just right, the downstairs swing was a nice bonus, and the kitchen was well equipped. We're already talking about our next stay."

We agree, purchased new pots & pans and silverware. Also purchased more wooden cooking utensils in hopes that guests willuse those items instead of metal spoons which scrape and scratch the surface of the pan. Thank you for staying with us. We love the home and are happy that you appreciate it also.
