Have an OBX vacation that is “Over the Moon” at this delightfully appointed beach house in Duck! Located on the oceanfront, this bright and cheery vacation home is fully stocked and ready to host your family vacation. “Over the Moon” is equipped with plenty of space and top notch amenities, inside and out.
A wall of windows on the oceanside of the great room allows the ocean view to fill the room, providing a picture perfect backdrop. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the spacious living area and enjoy a show on the large TV. The kitchen and dining area are located nearby to allow conversation to flow freely throughout the great room. The kitchen was designed to prepare meals for a crowd, with ample counter space, with counter seating nearby for curious onlookers. Grab your morning coffee and step outside onto the deck, with multiple seating options, to enjoy a famous Outer Banks sunrise. A bonus ship’s watch in the great room allows you to enjoy some quiet time with a book or spend time working on a puzzle. One ensuite bedroom, with a private bathroom and deck access, can be found on the top level. For convenience, there is a full bathroom located between the top level and the middle level.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters -- all with deck access. There are two ensuite bedrooms, which include private bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms and a large hallway bathroom which includes handicap-friendly features. Laundry facilities are also available on the second floor. The middle level also has spacious decks with a variety of seating options. The private walkway to the beach, which includes a dune deck, can be directly accessed from the middle level deck. The bottom floor of the home is sure to be the level where the kids hang out. There is bunk room with a private bathroom, as well as an additional den with a bunk set nearby. The game room features a pool table, foosball, and bar seating. Take family movie night to the next level in the theatre room. Snacks and drinks are never far away, as there is a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and microwave in the theatre room. A half bathroom is included on the ground floor for convenience.
Step outside to the outdoor oasis! Soak up the sunshine while taking a dip in the refreshing private pool. Go from the pool area up the steps and over the dune to have your toes in the sand in no time. Gaze at the stars in the dark night sky while soaking in the hot tub. Located just a few miles north of Duck Village, you’re relatively close to all that the Town of Duck has to offer. However you prefer to spend your vacation time, you’ll be “Over the Moon” about this delightful Outer Banks home!
